Welcome to fantasyallow. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the fantasyallow mobile application and website (collectively, the "Service"). Please read these Terms carefully before using the Service.

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the Terms, you may not access the Service.

Account Creation and Maintenance

• You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service
• You must provide accurate and complete registration information
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• One person may not maintain multiple accounts

Account Restrictions

fantasyallow is not available in the following Polish voivodeships due to local regulations:

• Podlaskie Voivodeship
• Warmian-Masurian Voivodeship
• Holy Cross Voivodeship
• Lublin Voivodeship

When using our Service, you agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access
• Use cheats, exploits, automation, or unauthorized methods
• Sell or transfer your account
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations

The Service includes virtual currency and items that can be purchased with real money or earned through gameplay. You acknowledge that:

• Virtual items have no real-world value
• Virtual items are non-refundable
• We may modify or remove virtual items at any time
• Trading virtual items outside the game is prohibited
• Virtual items are licensed, not sold, to you

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by fantasyallow and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not:

• Copy, modify, or distribute our content
• Reverse engineer the application
• Remove copyright or other proprietary notices
• Use our trademarks without permission

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date.

Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
